Please read the following information if you are a vendor desiring to obtain a booth space. If you have any questions, contact us.

Food vendors

As is the case each year, all food vendor applications are due by December 15th, along with full payment. You will be notified by mid-January if your application has been accepted.

  • Fried fish booths are preassigned to local groups. No other catfish can be served fried. All food booth locations are preassigned by the festival.
  • Boiled crawfish are not allowed. You may sell soft drinks, as well as coffee, tea, lemonade, etc.
  • The number of booths will be limited. A photo and complete size and electrical requirements of your operation must accompany this application. Commercial food vendors must provide proof of insurance.
  • All food vendors must set up on Friday afternoon.
  • Each participant is responsible for their own operation, and must provide an adequate fire extinguisher.
  • Vendors must collect sales tax. You will receive a tax packet upon registration at the festival containing local and state tax information, and it must be paid on festival day. If you are in arrears on sales tax from a previous festival, your application will not be considered.
  • The festival reserves all rights to use the festival name and logo. Any items with the unauthorized use of either will be removed.

Arts & Crafts vendors

  • Booth spaces are 12’ wide x 10’ deep.
  • If ALL items are 100% handmade, or is bought and then embellished by the vendor, it is considered arts and crafts.
  • NOTE: Vendors selling ANY commercial item in their space must pay commercial vendor rates. If your business has a storefront, the commercial rate applies. An item bought elsewhere and then resold is considered a commercial item. An item bought elsewhere and then resold is considered a commercial item. If a vendor buys “handmade jewelry” from a source and then resells it, it is considered commercial. Handmade jewelry is only considered arts and crafts if it is made by the vendor selling it.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, chairs, extension cords, etc., and representative photos of the items sold must accompany your application.
  • Vendors must collect sales tax.You will receive a tax packet upon registration at the festival containing local and state tax information, and it must be paid on festival day. If you are in arrears on sales tax from a previous festival, your application will not be considered.
  • The festival reserves the right to remove any items deemed unsuitable or unsafe for a family-oriented show. Absolutely NO spray string, invisible ink products, pepper spray, fireworks products, or recreational knives are allowed.
  • The festival reserves all rights to use the festival name and logo. Unauthorized use of either is prohibited.

Commercial vendors

  • Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, chairs, extension cords, etc.
  • Representative photos of the items sold must accompany your application.
  • Vendors must collect sales tax. You will receive a tax packet upon registration at the festival containing local and state tax information, and it must be paid on festival day. If you are in arrears on sales tax from a previous festival, your application will not be considered.
  • The festival reserves the right to remove items deemed unsuitable or unsafe for a family-oriented show. Absolutely NO spray string, invisible ink products, pepper spray, fireworks, or recreational knives allowed.
  • The festival reserves all rights to use the festival name and logo. Any items with the unauthorized use of either will be removed.

Educational vendors

  • Booth spaces are 12’ wide x 10’ deep.
  • Educational booths are for the dissemination of information for an approved vendor only.
  • No sales can occur from an educational booth. Otherwise, vendor will need to register as a commercial vendor.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, chairs, extension cords, etc. A complete description of the information to be given out is required on this application.
  • The number of educational booths is very limited. The festival reserves the right to the final placement and activities of all educational booths within the festival grounds.

  • The festival reserves all rights to use the festival name and logo. Any items with the unauthorized use of either will be removed.
  • Motor vehicles do not move within the festival from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on festival day.

Local fundraiser

  • Non-food items only. No water or soft drink sales.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, chairs, extension cords, etc. A complete description of the information to be given out is required on this application.
  • The number of fundraiser booths is very limited. The festival reserves the right to the final placement and activities of all fundraising booths within the festival grounds.
  • Vendors must collect sales tax. You will receive a tax packet upon registration at the festival containing local and state tax information, and it must be paid on festival day. If you are in arrears on sales tax from a previous festival, your application will not be considered.
